SmartPOST parcel machines are located in different places all over Estonia and by using this parcel delivery method, you can choose the location most convenient for you.
All purchases made in Forme will be shipped out within 2 working days. Purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be delivered to selected parcel machines the working day after the next working day.
Receiving the parcel
As soon as the parcel has arrived at the destination parcel machine, an SMS with all the necessary instructions on how to receive the parcel will be sent to the mobile phone number listed in the order. Then, you need to go to the respective parcel machine and enter the code received in the SMS on the touch screen display of the parcel machine. This will open the right locker door and the parcel is yours! The parcel needs to be picked up within seven days from its arrival at the parcel machine.

With door-to-door courier service you will receive the parcel to your desired destination. All purchases made in Forme will be shipped out within 2 working days. Purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be delivered to selected address the working day after the next working day.
Receiving the parcel
The parcel will be delivered to the receiver to the location they have listed. It does not matter if it is your place of residence or employment. The courier will call the receiver 15 minutes before arrival.
The accuracy of Venipak parcel delivery varies by 30 minutes. If the courier fails to deliver the parcel to the receiver on the first attempt, they will agree on another time, if necessary.
4. Delivery to Finland

In addition to Estonia, we deliver also to Finland. In order to do so, you have to choose Finland and the the suitable SmartPOST parcel machine.
All purchases made in Forme will be shipped out within 2 working days. To parcel machines in Helsinki, the parcels will arrive within 2-3 working day. To rest of Finland, the parcels will arrive within 3-5 working day. Purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be delivered to selected parcel machines the working day after the next working day.

7. International delivery

The international parcel delivery in Estonia organized by Estonian Postal Office and subsequently each country's national postal company. All purchases made in Forme will be shipped out within 2 working days.
Receiving the parcel
As soon as the parcel has arrived at the destination post office, normally a notice will be sent to the client. It is also possible that some postal offices will not send out a notice. In that case, the customer must go to the local post office and check whether the parcel has arrived.
