Customer

  1. To create a new account in Forme Beauty Shop, first click on “LOG IN“   

  2. Left side on the widow enter your e-mail address and press „CREATE AN ACCOUNT” 

  3. Fill in the required fields and press „REGISTER”

  4. Press „ADD MY FIRST ADDRESS” and fill in the required fields. 

  5. Personal data can be viewed and managed if you press on your name.

Beauty service provider

  1. To create a new account in Forme Beauty Shop, first click on “LOG IN“ 

  2. Left side on the widow enter your e-mail address and press „CREATE AN ACCOUNT”  

  3. Fill in the required fields and definately tick a box called „BEAUTY SERVICE PROVIDER”

  4. You have to fill all the required fields. If you dont have VAT number just write (none). Self Employed Entrepreneurs Company name is your own name and also Board Menber are you. Then press „REGISTER”

  5. NOTICE.. We dont offer 0 tax possibility to other European country companys. This you can collect at your own tax office. 

  6. Press „ADD MY FIRST ADDRESS” and fill in the required fields.

  7. Personal data can be viewed and managed if you press on your name.
